Hi, I'm Tripti.
Writer / Communicator / Research Synthesist
I turn complex ideas into sharp, readable outputs: research stories, brand messaging, and strategic design that people can understand and act on. I work with tech founders and research teams at the intersection of AI, research communication, and storytelling.
When I'm not working, I'm probably doodling on my iPad, playing table tennis, trying to fix some code I broke, or wandering on an oddly long walk. I think the best ideas come during walks, which is why I take oddly long ones. My neighbors probably think I'm training for something. I'm training for better sentences.
What I Do (And Why I Love It)
Research Storytelling
I take dense academic papers and turn them into stories people actually want to read, translating from "that's something groundbreaking" to "okay but what does this mean for my Tuesday." I've worked with AI researchers who spend their days figuring out what's happening inside AI models at the individual neuron level, but struggle to explain why anyone should care... that's where I come in.
Brand Messaging That Doesn't Sound Like Everyone Else
I help tech companies find their voice, the one that sounds like actual humans work there. Less of "we leverage synergistic solutions to optimize your workflow." More like "we built this because spreadsheets were making us cry, and we figured they were probably making you cry too."
Strategic Design Communication
I bridge the gap between brilliant design decisions and the people who need to understand them. Whether it's explaining why that button should be blue (not because the founder likes blue, but because users actually click blue buttons) or helping teams articulate their design process, I make the invisible visible.
My Writing Philosophy
I believe the best writing feels like a good conversation with a smart friend. Someone who knows their stuff but doesn't make you feel stupid for not knowing it too. Someone who uses examples that actually make sense and isn't afraid to admit when something is genuinely complicated.
I also believe in:
- •Specificity over buzzwords ("increased user engagement by 40%" vs "enhanced user experience")
- •Stories over stats (though stats in stories are chef's kiss)
- •Honesty over hype (if your product isn't perfect, let's talk about why that's actually okay)
Let's Work Together
I'm always interested in projects that involve:
- •Making complicated things understandable
- •Helping smart people sound as interesting as they actually are
- •Writing that makes people think "finally, someone who gets it"
Currently booking projects for this season. I work with everyone from solo founders trying to explain their big idea to research teams who need help making their work accessible to the wider world.
P.S. If you made it this far, you probably appreciate thoroughness as much as I do. We should definitely talk.
